Volunteers needed to save toads in Winscombe, Webbington & Priddy

Toad Patrols in Operation Now

Please drive carefully through Winscombe Hill, Priddy & Webbington. On warm damp evenings during February & March toads migrate to their breeding ponds, crossing roads to get there, hundreds get killed by traffic.

Volunteers will be assisting toads on roads.

The UK toad population is estimated to have suffered 68% decline since 1990.
